It has always been in me to help others. However, lately I am seeing the most important thing I need, is to help myself. Never before, have I put myself first. It is now time to do just that. In all my studies, it was pointed out that we need to look at our minds, bodies and souls. When something is off even in our mental or emotional health, it will affect out physical health. I love using herbs. It is my go to. However, I have also always used flower essences and homeopathic remedies. They work on the emotions and mental issues an individual has. This is the starting point. Heal the mind, health the individual. Now more than ever, it is obvious that we all need emotional healing. Our patience, our ability to deal with stress, our fears, they have been stretched tot he limit. Our minds need a rest and chance to heal. As I study hypnotherapy, I think that combing herbs and flower essences with hypnotherapy will create a new level of healing many have not experienced. I am excited to start down this path. I saw a picture recently that said "Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go". This is so true. Letting go of old hurts, old dreams and wishes that no longer serve us, old versions of ourselves. I always saw myself working in a certain way, and as I have done a lot of spiritual growth over the last 10 months, with the help of some amazing friends, I now know the path I am suppose to take to help others grow as well. I am excited to start a new practice combining hypnotherapy, herbal medicine and flower essences to support people on their healing and growth on all levels. As well, with all the stress that we ourselves are dealing with, so too are our pets. This is where flower essences can help them to better deal with what they are also experiencing and heal as well. Fall is my favourite time of year, so the perfect time for me to start this new adventure.
