Herbal Medicine Consultations take an overall look at the individual; mind, body and spirit. In doing this, we will look at your entire being.
Initial appointments include a thorough examination of your main health concerns and underlying causes. We will discuss your dietary likes and dislikes, sleep, digestive health, emotional health including anxieties and stress factors. This will help me to understand you as a whole being, which allows me to create a formula designed just for you.
I may give recommendations on nutritional supplements or lifestyle changes along with the flower essences and/or herbal remedy to assist your body during your healing process.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled 4-6 weeks after you begin your formula.
Herbal Remedies are one of the oldest forms of medicine practiced. Herbal medicine has been used for hundreds of years and many pharmaceutical drugs currently prescribed by doctors were originally derived from plants and herbs. Plant medicine is the use of medicinal treatments made from plants to prevent and treat conditions of the body. Herbal remedies takes into account the total person and all symptoms they have (emotional and physical). Herbal remedies stimulate the natural healing ability of the body using individualized herbal blends which I compound for each patients individual needs. Herbs can also be used to help with muscular and joint aches and pains when taken internally or applied externally to the skin.
Flower essences are liquid extracts made from the life force of flowers. They gently address emotional well-being and mind-body health. They are energy medicines that work similar to homeopathic medicine, addressing your whole being, your life force.
Integrative Healthcare Fees : All fees must be paid at time of service. Prices include HST.

Follow-up 30 mins Appointment $75
Remedies
The cost of herbal/Bach flower formulas are not included in the consultation fee.
Typically your wellness plan will recommend 1 herbal syrup or tincture. A tea may also be recommended.
Herbal Tincture/Syrup : $28.25/100 ml
Bach flower : $28.25/100 ml
Dried Tea : $16.95

Cancellation Policy
Please provide me with at least 24 hrs notice of any change to the appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged a non cancellation fee, the full appointment price.
