Manual Osteopaths use a variety of hands-on physical treatments. These include soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue techniques (IASTM) and functional (strain and counter strain) techniques. These techniques are normally employed together with exercise, dietary, and occupational advice in an attempt to help patients recover from pain, disease and injury.
European style Manual Osteopaths do not prescribe medications or perform surgery, while American style osteopaths perform surgery and prescribe medications as well as using osteopathic techniques in managing a patient's condition.
Children also benefit from Osteopathic treatment.

Insurance Coverage :
All major insurance companies have reimbursed for human osteopathy visits. Be sure to check with your provider to see if you have osteopathic coverage. Direct billing available for most insurance companies.
Receipts are given so you can submit to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide me with at least 24 hrs notice of any change to the appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged a non cancellation fee, the full appointment price.
