Holistic Herbal medicine, takes an overall look at the individual : mind, body and spirit.
Holistic Herbal medicine looks at your entire being.
Initial sessions include a thorough examination of your main concerns and underlying causes. As with energy healing, plants also rebalance ones energy, relax and bring harmony to an individual.
We will discuss your dietary likes and dislikes, sleep, digestive health, emotional health including anxieties and stress factors. This will help me to understand you as a whole being, which allows me to create a treatment plan designed just for you.
I may give recommendations on nutritional supplements or lifestyle changes. Your formula may include : herbal remedies, flower essences, aromatherapy blends, & meditation/rituals, to assist you during your healing process.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled 4-6 weeks after you begin your treatment plan.
Herbs can be taken as a tea, tincture, syrup, aromatherapy blends, ointment, cream, flower essences, room or body spray, used as incense or on candles to bring about the balance your spirit needs. This can help to heal from physical ailments, physical and energetic trauma, loss of purpose, anxiety, feeling lost, work to heal the soul.

Herbal medicine has been used for hundreds of years and many pharmaceutical drugs currently prescribed by doctors were originally derived from plants and herbs. A Reiki session involves channeling healing energy to rebalance, relax and bring harmony to the individual.
As an Energy Healer, I am guided to go where it is most needed during a session.
Reiki is safe for all ages and animals.
